Portraits

I like nothing more than a huge canvas, lots of paint, lots of time and no constrictions on what I can do. Then a portrait will be allowed to take on it's own life, become it's own being and have a life where I try to paint more than the lines and colours that we actually see. This is when a portrait works for me, this is when I feel I have completed a mission!
